This alligator was found between Athens and Palestine, Texas near a house. There's a whole deer in its mouth! Never let it be said that we don't grow them big in Texas. Joe Goff, 6'5" tall, a game warden
with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, walks past the 23-foot
alligator that he shot and killed.
