What you are seeing are not see-thru skirts. They are actually prints on skirts made to look as if the skirts are see-thru. 

These are the current rage in Japan. They'll undoubtedly be the rage here in the USA soon.

I forward this as a public service, so you won't have a Heart Attack when the rage reaches the USA.  I can't even begin to think what the front view is like...

Then again, the prints are probably nicer than the reality hiding under there.
