The Real D 3D movie, Final Destination
5, is a 2011 American
supernatural horror film. It
is the fifth installment of the
Final Destination franchise.
In it Sam Lawton, staring Nicholas
D'Agosto, is on his way to

North Bay, New York with his co-
workers. While their bus
crosses the North Bay Bridge, Sam
suffers a premonition that the
bridge will partially collapse,
killing everyone and himself.

Tim Conway is a regular on The
Carol Burnett Show. One of
his memorable characters was
Mr. Tudball. Mr. Tudball was
a Swedish-American businessman
whose intentions of running
a 'ship-shape' office were usually
sunk by the bored
indifference of his secretary,
Mrs. Wiggins.
In this skit, Mr. Tudball is
looking for a secretary, but
his wife (Vicki Lawrence) doesn't
like any candidates until
Wanda Wiggins (Carol Burnett)
shows up. This is the raw

The Episode, "Isn't It Romantic?"
Eps.20 (#144) of

on February 22,1990.
Cliff, Elvin and Martin secretly

under $25. The women
find out and try to be unimpressed.
This fails when

From: YouTube.com on 3/14/2013
Photo from YouTube.com |
Source1: http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=geNBIPD75rM?vq=large
Source2: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_the_Stomach_Turns
As the Stomach Turns was a parody
of soap operas, most notably
a play on the title of a very
popular soap at the time, As the
World Turns, and was
featured on The Carol Burnett Show.
Drawing from
Wikipedia.org
|
.
The vignette's premise was to describe,
in great detail,
the problems of a thirtyish woman
named Marion (played
by Carol Burnett), who lived in the
town of Canoga Falls.
The vignette dealt with problems that
were more likely
to be seen on a soap opera than in
real life.
In addition to the missed cues, the
skit was notorious
for overusing loud and plangent organ
music, a reference |
to a time when soap operas would
have in-house organists play
dramatic music as well as the
show's theme song (when this skit
first ran, organ music was still
in wide use on the serials).
