new Natty Boh bottle cap
Jason Ruby sent me this new Natty Boh bottle cap. Natty Boh, or National Bohemian beer, was first brewed in 1885 by the National Brewing Company in Baltimore, Maryland. It is now brewed in Michigan, and distributed by Pabst.  In 2004 National Brewing started putting the 413 puzzles inside their caps.

.
.
Between the mid-70s and the early-90s there were an amazing number of beers that had puzzles on the inside of the caps.

Robert Marsoli explained to me that Ballantine Ale (top left picture) is still selling beer with puzzles
caps.  It is wonderful news that beer drinkers can still enjoy the challenge of these cute puzzles.
You can locate stores in your area that sell Ballantine Ale at http://www.falstaffbrewing.com/wherecan.htm

William Swan wrote that Pocono Lager from The Lion Brewery, Inc. in Wilkes-Barre, PA is still
sold in puzzle caps of barley and hops (top left picture).  You can see their beer bottle by clicking 'HERE'.
